Please send your returned jewelry in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. It is recommend that you insure your package, but not required. Credit will not be given for damaged jewelry.
Items received after 30 days will receive a store credit.
Items sold in person and items marked as on sale online at the time of purchase are final, but can be returned for store credit for up to 14 days.
If you experience any issues with your stone wrap, do please let me know so that I can repair or replace it for you. I try to check them all carefully, but very occasionally one pops out especially the small ones, but I use a pretty sturdy and / or large gauge wire so it’s usually pretty secure. They can of course be pulled apart if you exert some force. The heavy copper wire is the hardest wire on the site.
If you experience any issues with your jewelry item or necklace, please let me know. With regular use, leather necklaces will eventually wear out. Colored leather is generally less stable and may deteriorate the quickest (may last up to ten years, depending on amount of wear). All jewelry is triple checked for quality to make sure all clasps and connectors are working properly, so please let me know if you have issues with faulty clasps or connector rings that you receive so they can be replaced.
